  1. Eligibility for a Refund
    Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

    Service Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work delivered by your virtual assistant. To be eligible, the request must be submitted within 7 days of the work being delivered.

    Unused Hours: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for a significant number of unused hours. Hours purchased in monthly plans do not roll over, but we will review refund requests for large, unutilized hour blocks on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations
    A refund will generally not be granted in the following cases:

    * Hours that have already been used or services that have been rendered and approved by the client.

    * Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the work was delivered.

    * Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences or a change in project scope after work has begun

    * Unused hours that expire at the end of a billing cycle.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please follow these steps to ensure we can process your request efficiently:

    Provide Details: In your email, include the following information:

    * Your full name and company name.
